SCHEDULING: Can't wait to meet you!

Appointments are by reservation, so click the button on the right-- ->> "Book an Appointment" to get you started.  If I could clone myself and have a "need today" appointment, it would get booked too. Let's plan ahead, as some Very Injured People get priority on the wait list.

You'll receive a confirmation email right at booking and a handy reminder with parking details and the door code 24 hours prior to your appointment. (If you don't see that confirmation email, then your appointment isn't booked yet. Just check the website and give it another try ) 
 

SESSIONS:

• Bodywork sessions are 90 minutes. Please note that there are no extensions for lateness.

• REACT table alone, or for pelvic floor, the typical range is about 20-25 minutes.

• REACT  table for one hour.

​​

• The works! Blending the two modalities!

      REACT plus Bodywork, sign up for 90 minutes.

      We'll figure it out as we go. 30/60  or 45/45
 

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL: Please arrive a couple of minutes early; parking is tight, and more information on parking is in your confirmation email. Plan on taking it easy afterward.

Leave your pets at home.  
 

POST-SESSION:  Take time to walk around for a minute before jumping in your car, and remember to drink extra water after your session.
 

CANCELLATION: If possible, please give 24 hours' notice.
