  • HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
There is no hard set rule on exactly how often or how far apart each session. The frequency and spacing of sessions are variable, depending on individual lifestyle, overall health, and ongoing evaluation. My passion is to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as acupuncturists, Pilates instructors, and personal trainers. I love to develop a comprehensive health plan through teamwork. The goal is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and self-care maintenance.
  • HOW LONG ARE THE APPOINTMENTS?
Traditional Manual Therapy Techniques: Sessions are approximately 90 minutes. You can choose to add the REACT Table to this session to customize your treatment. REACT Table Only: Expect 25-30 minute sessions Preparation for Your REACT TABLE Appointment: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid wearing jewelry. Remove hearing aids before your session.
  • WHAT DO YOU WEAR?
Regular underwear, soft shorts and/or stretchy yoga pants are suitable attire. For female clients, a bra that opens at the back is best.
  • DOES INSURANCE COVER YOU?
I can provide a receipt with the necessary codes for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, but I do not handle direct insurance submissions. Please be aware that some insurance plans might need a doctor's referral or pre-approval, and the number of covered visits could be restricted. However, health savings accounts (HSAs) often cover integrative treatments, such as my manual practice techniques.
  • WILL I FEEL DISCOMFORT?
It's possible to experience some temporary discomfort after bodywork treatment. You might feel achy or sore for two to three days as your body undergoes positive changes. For example, areas that previously had restricted movement may now experience different sensations, such as improved circulation due to restored mobility. To alleviate discomfort, consider rest, hydrotherapy (like an Epsom salt bath), or a brief ice application. Generally, you should feel better after your treatment. With the REACT TABLE, Patients will experience tingling and contraction of the pelvic floor and surrounding muscle structures. Like most “workouts,” patients may experience some soreness and muscle fatigue at the end of treatment. This is typical within the first 2-3 weeks of the program. Over time, the muscular structure strengthens, and new neuropathways are established between the brain and the treated muscle structure. This combination generates positive long-term effects.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR INITIAL SESSION?

This consultation includes assessing your range of motion and observing your movements. Following this evaluation, I may perform joint mobilization, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, or lymphatic drainage to address areas needing attention.
